| I | The particulars of its organization functions & duties | Institute of Hotel Management is established in Yamunanagar by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India & Tourism Department, Haryana, it is registered under Societies Registration Act of 1860 to impart training in modern and scientific techniques of management of modern hotels and catering establishments of all kinds. |

The accountant, assistant assist the Principal in day to day functioning in administration, accounts and other matters. |

The Principal Secretary (Tourism) of Government of Haryana is the chairman of the Institute. |
